CHILL Foundation:
Upcoming for the Spring… Skateboarding!
For potential students, please be advised: CHILL is a 6-week commitment, from 2pm to 8pm on one day each week. Spots are extremely limited (as in, maximum 4 students per season), and as such, you must commit to excellent attendance, behavior, and grades throughout the duration of the program. If you fail to meet these requirements, you will be removed from the program. It’s free, after all! See me if you’re interested.
GCSA: Spots are still available for GCSA! Interested in starting the process? Reach out to me at [email protected].
**Parent Updates**
Queens Innovation Center Basketball: On December 22nd, Queens Innovation Center beat Energy Tech High School, winning 67-59! Shoutout to our amazing basketball players! 🎉

Elevate Parent Workshops: Now more than ever, our children need strong academic and social-emotional skills. To help you reinforce effective habits at home, Elevate Education will be running family engagement workshops around understanding stress, addressing bullying and conflict, and helping overcome procrastination. Next Workshop: January 27th, 2026
Missed the last session? Check it out here. (Associated Resources)
*See attached flyer for registration info!*
Cell Phone Policy: Please review Gotham Tech’s policy on cell phones, in line with updated NYCPS policy. All phones should be placed into Yondr pouches at the start of each day, however, many students choose to evade this policy. If your child refuses, we will be making phone calls home. We ask that all parents discuss with their child the importance of a phone-free learning environment.
SyncGrades: Parents/Guardians – if you’d like me to set your password for Syncgrades or reset your account, please fill out the following: https://forms.gle/uSDeUbt1mpvpTdNd7
PSAL: Any questions about PSAL/Sports? Reach out to our campus PSAL Athletic Director, Ms. O’loughlin: [email protected], 718-433-2660 x3611.
